Synergy Class Series 2026

FEBRUARY 22

Rose Sunila

In Rose’s class, you can expect a balance between structure and exploration, technical elements and creative inquiry. The focus centers on cultivating awareness and exploring movement ideas and concepts. All dancers are invited to step in, take up space, and move within a shared experience that honors curiosity, individuality, and connection.

Gabriel Martinez Rubio

¨Learn a move, share your groove¨

The contemporary dance class is based on different techniques like, Flying Low, Release, and improvisation. All of which are techniques I have been exploring in my career.  The class is divided into two parts. The first part is focused on a nice and gentle floor work warm-up, and alignment, using different dynamics, impulses and momentum.  The second part is focused on improvisation leading into creation through an organic movement and nonverbal communication to find composition and how to use the body as a way to express oneself.
